Woman Wanders

When I was a bright-eyed young college grad, I decided to take on the world. I didn’t want to jump right into my professional career as a journalist. I was graduating into a recession, my print journalism education tended to stifle my creative voice, and my teachers didn’t really know what to do with the world of digital reporting. So, I set off to get a PhD in fucking life, and I’ll never regret not spending the first few years of my 20s in an office.

Woman Wanders was my travel blog, and I have a soft spot for all of this writing. Some of it is garbage, but it’s my garbage. Of course, these posts don’t encapsulate all of my travels, but I find it a fun compliment to the more serious stuff I’ve been writing about lately.
